Job Title: Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at NAAD PRODUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our production team, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set Up and Operate Equipment: Assist in setting up and operating mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment.
  • Maintain Equipment: Adjust focus, sound levels, and other projector and theatre settings, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set and Stage Management: Rig, place, move, and dismantle sets, backdrops, scenery, and other stage equipment.
  • Support Performers: Assist performers in dressing in costumes and arranging schedules.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced recording studio environment, requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, lifting equipment, and standing for long periods.
