Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at NAAD PRODUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our production team, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate equipment: Set up and operate mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment as required.
- Assist with tasks: Assist performers to dress in costumes, arrange schedules, and arrange travel and related itineraries.
- Maintain equipment: Adjust focus, sound levels, and other projector and theatre settings, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support team: Provide physical accessibility accommodations, visual accessibility accommodations, and auditory accessibility accommodations as needed.
- Participate in initiatives: Participate in government or community programs or initiatives that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
