Job Title: Foreman

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team at our Mount Pearl Construction & Forestry location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and dispatch technicians to ensure efficient workflow and quality repair work.
  • Supervise and mentor service technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment that promotes productivity and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to identify training needs and recommend solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure service excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and branch personnel to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Establish and maintain an on-call field schedule to ensure timely response to customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment environment is an asset.
  • Certified Journeyman in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade required.
  • Experience in a service department setting and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products preferred.
