About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team at Ace Casino Airport. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety during their visit.
  • Patrol Assigned Areas: Conduct regular patrols of the casino floor, parking areas, and surrounding premises to prevent and detect any security breaches.
  • Enforce Regulations: Enforce all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain order and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • Monitor Establishment Activities: Monitor all activities within the casino, including gaming areas, restaurants, and other facilities, to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Prevent and Detect Shoplifting and Theft: Conduct regular checks to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments, and take appropriate action to prevent losses.
  • Answer Inquiries and Provide Information: Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on casino services, rules, and regulations in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses: Possess a valid First Aid Certificate and Smart Serve certification.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Possess a valid Criminal Record Check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral communication skills, judgment, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a security role is an asset.
