Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Digital Fire & Security Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and monitor and evaluate work processes.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, and read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications.
  • Prepare operations and project estimates, schedules and reports, and prepare project schedules.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts and other papers, and develop and implement quality control programs.
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, and prepare reports.
  • Consult with clients to determine project needs and assign projects.
  • Advise project teams and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in project management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
