Job Overview

TREHAN TAX LTD is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our organization in implementing strategic policies and programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the company in official functions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business management, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for selecting senior staff, delegating authority, and creating optimum working conditions. Additionally, you will establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate Resources: Implement organizational policies and programs by allocating material, human, and financial resources effectively.
  • Establish Objectives: Set clear objectives for the organization and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Represent the Company: Represent TREHAN TAX LTD in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring the company's interests are represented.
  • Select Senior Staff: Identify and select qualified senior staff members, delegate authority, and create a positive work environment.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain effective financial and administrative controls, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
  • MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Business Services: Experience in business services, including consulting and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Environment
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
