We are seeking a Clean Team Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves supervising and coordinating activities of cleaners, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. The successful candidate will have experience in cleaning operations and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaners
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment:

The Clean Team Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling physically demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting heavy loads.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in cleaning operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
