Job Role: Roofing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Specialist to join our team at Young Roofing & Construction Inc. as a key member of our construction crew. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing roofing systems on various types of buildings.

Responsibilities:
  • Install built-up roofing systems, including asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel.
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs.
  • Install single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials.
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs.
  • Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the trade.
  • Ability to work at heights and handle heavy loads.
