We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of autonomy and decision-making. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities- Complete comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Implement and evaluate care based on best evidence and practices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal client outcomes
