Senior.NET Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior.NET Architect to join our team at the National Capital Commission. As a key member of our Architectural team, you will be responsible for developing architectural studies, designs, plans, and specifications documents for NCC projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and evaluate architectural design components
- Provide continuous design input throughout all development stages
- Collaborate with professionals from various disciplines to resolve design issues
- Manage design process for entire projects (Planning, Development, Implementation, and Close-out)
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Architecture
- Five to eight years of experience holding progressively significant responsibilities in Architecture
- Experience managing design process for entire projects
- Experience conducting predevelopment assessments
- Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Revit
- Experience in heritage rehabilitation and conservation projects
- Experience with performance-based sustainable design standards and projects
- Hybrid and flexible work environment
