  • Ensure timely reporting and communication to the proper staff as needed
  • Data entry including daily adjustments
  • Plan, execute, and reconcile physical inventories
  • Prepare analysis of adjustments activities report
  • Research to reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Investigate credit issues and ensure timeliness of customer and vendor issues
  • Actively participate in Health and Safety initiatives, including workplace inspections, employee safety observations, and training
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees, scheduling, and directing work

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in inventory control and warehousing industry
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize workload
  • Computer applications experience using MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in varying facility conditions
