At Intact Financial Corporation, we're looking for a skilled IT Technical Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT environment.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent technical skills and a passion for problem-solving. As an IT Technical Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to our users on software and hardware components
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our IT environment
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless support
  • Developing and implementing new processes and tools to improve IT efficiency
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on Microsoft Intune, O365, and Active Directory
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing technological environment
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as well as on-call shifts
  • Fluency in both English and French
