Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect samples from clients in a professional manner, ensuring their integrity is maintained.
- Enter sample data into the Bureau Veritas system within the same day of reception, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
- Prioritize samples according to holding times and turnaround requirements.
- Communicate with project managers and client teams regarding sample abnormalities or unacceptable conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service group to ensure seamless sample entry and processing.
- Maintain organization within the STS coldroom and follow quality assurance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous laboratory experience is an asset.
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Energetic and able to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
