Job Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized plans to meet client needs.
  • Implement effective interventions and coordinate client-centered care.
  • Promote collaboration among healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Qualifications
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
  • Advanced preparation in clinical specialties such as emergency, perinatal, or operation room nursing.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,500 - $110,000 based on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefit packages include extended health/dental and a municipal pension plan for part-time and full-time employees. Casuals have the option of paying for benefits.
