About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team at All-In-One Autobody Inc. As an Automotive Glass Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality repairs and replacements of automotive glass components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Repair Costs: Accurately assess the cost of repairs based on damage examination reports.
  • Inspect Repaired Vehicles: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure that repairs meet our high standards.
  • Plan Repair Work: Develop and implement effective repair plans to ensure efficient and quality work.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Test Drive Vehicles: Conduct test drives to ensure proper handling and functionality of repaired vehicles.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Instruct Apprentices: Share your expertise and knowledge with apprentices to help them develop their skills.
  • Replace Front End Components: Replace damaged front end components, including body components, doors, and frame and underbody components.
  • File, Grind, and Sand Body Surfaces: Use specialized equipment to file, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
  • Mask and Tape Auto Body Surfaces: Prepare auto body surfaces for painting by applying masks and tape.
  • Hammer Out Dents and Defects: Use blocks and hammers to remove dents and defects from auto body surfaces.
  • Remove Damaged Fenders and Panels: Remove and replace damaged fenders, panels, and grills.
  • Apply Primers and Paint: Apply primers and paint to repaired surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Repair or Replace Interior Components: Repair or replace damaged interior components to ensure a safe and comfortable driving experience.
  • Repair or Replace Damaged Windows and Windshields: Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs.
  • Mix Paint and Blend Colors: Mix and blend paint to match the original colors of the vehicle.
  • Operate Soldering Equipment: Use soldering equipment to fill holes, dents, and seams.
  • Straighten Bent Frames: Use specialized equipment to straighten bent frames and underbody components.
