We're seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the adoption of our solutions within residential treatment centers, large clinics, family services organizations, and health systems. You'll leverage your experience in building deep client relationships, negotiating, closing deals, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you'll be part of a dedicated team focused on the Enterprise segment.

You'll play a key role in growing our Enterprise business segment and driving clinical outcomes and business growth. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a robust pipeline from lead to sales conversion, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets. You'll also influence prospects through clinical evidence and data on how our solutions can benefit them, drive clinical outcomes and business growth, manage all stages of the enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing, cultivate and nurture new relationships with clinical leaders and decision-makers, including senior executives of prospect organizations, leverage team members and clinical resources to help you throughout the sales process, and leverage customer feedback and market insights to continuously refine our enterprise offerings, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company growth objectives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong track record of closing deals and consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas. You'll also need product and market knowledge, understand the features and functions of Unyte's offerings, and apply this knowledge in the context of user experience, business, and the broader industry. Additionally, you'll be driven to continuously improve your knowledge, staying ahead of trends in the trauma and mental health landscape to effectively demonstrate value and tailor solutions. A proactive approach to identifying customer challenges and proposing tailored solutions, adaptability to changes in the market, client needs, or sales strategy, and a driven approach to consistently improving processes are also essential skills for this role. Finally, you'll need to quickly establish trust and rapport with prospects by tailoring your approach to different personalities and communication styles, ensuring long-lasting relationships.
