Executive Sales Director

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our FX payments business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.
- Approaching business prospects to attract new clients for our B2B division
- Building relationships with clients at all levels, from owner-managers to CEO's
- Understanding client currency requirements, risk profiles, and payment solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to onboarding and client handover
Key Responsibilities:
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Financial astuteness and knowledge of business needs
- Experience using consultative selling principles and customer acquisition techniques
- Adept at executive-level negotiations and building long-term client relationships
- Salesforce experience and ability to work individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
