Job Title: Parts Counter Salesperson

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team at Country Hills Hyundai. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all customer inquiries and transactions, providing customers with all necessary information
- Understand the ordering process for parts and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Continually learn about new products and services offered by Country Hills Hyundai
- Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of previous parts department experience is an asset
- ADP experience is a definite asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and punctual
