Job Title: Sales Associate - Auto Parts

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Calgary SE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive needs, identifying the right parts, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge all customers as they arrive in the facility and serve them as efficiently as possible.
  • Inform customers of additional parts requirements and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
  • Answer phone calls in a timely and appropriate manner to provide sales, price quotes, and other information.
  • Identify parts using manual parts books and visual recognition.
  • Accurately make repair orders as per customer concerns with vehicle.
  • Notify the shop foreman and/or the customer when special ordered parts have been received.
  • Pull and fill orders from stock for orders via telephone and walk-in customers.
  • Learn and effectively use the company business system.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years as a parts person.
  • Experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck an asset.
