Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at WOW Store Red Deer. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 44 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
