About the Role

Röchling Industrial, a global plastics manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join its Orangeville, ON manufacturing facility. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for safely and effectively operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining extrusion machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion machines in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select and position machinery.
  • Adjust and clean machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document work performed as required.

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to use measuring equipment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift (considered an asset).
