Job Title: Corporate Controller - Restaurant Chain
Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Corporate Controller to lead our restaurant chain's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including the CEO, board of directors, and investors.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to ensure the stability and security of the organization.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software, such as Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
