Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at Sector 7 Kitchen + Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and coordinating work across regions and departments.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent oral and written communication skills. They will be organized, a team player, and able to provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
Requirements- College/CEGEP education.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and a team player.
