About the Role

Gursukh Machining Ltd is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools to produce precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts using precision measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production.
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
  • Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
  • Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precision measuring instruments.
  • Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce precision parts.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
