Job Title: Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Rose Beauty Salon Ltd.

Job Summary

The Salon Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the salon, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of hairstylists and support staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage the salon's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the salon's inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the salon complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

The Salon Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
