Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Specialist to join our team at Foresters Financial. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of email campaigns, as well as managing content on our B2B Sitecore websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign requirements and develop effective email strategies.
  • Set up, test, and deploy email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring error-free deployments.
  • Design and build email journeys, including automations and drip sequences, to engage our audience.
  • Perform quality assurance on emails and journeys to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver actionable insights and campaign reports to inform future marketing initiatives.
Content Management
  • Manage and publish content on our B2B Sitecore websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain a marketing content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content publication.
  • Support IT with new site deployments by performing thorough testing across browsers, platforms, and devices.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in computer science or relevant studies, with 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience: Content Management Systems experience, preferably Sitecore.
  • Required email deployment platform experience, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Solid HTML, CSS, and SQL skills.
  • Knowledge of Javascript, XML, JSON, and Salesforce AMPScript.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through.
