Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting practices. Your attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software will enable you to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements.
  • Bank Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting to inform business decisions.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable to maintain a smooth cash flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
