Key Responsibilities
  • Data Profiling and Analysis: Profile, clean, and transform raw data into trustworthy and meaningful information to support business decisions.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data integrity standards by identifying and correcting variances in source data, and implement data governance policies to set standards for data quality.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and Business Intelligence solutions to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to convert their requirements into business solutions, and manage distribution and sharing of report publications, dashboards, and datasets.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage AI techniques to enhance analytics and uncover hidden patterns in datasets, and derive insights from complex datasets using advanced statistics and machine learning.
  • Documentation and Training: Implement and maintain documentation for data models, calculations, and reports design, and provide mentorship, training, and professional development for junior data analysts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated work experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of Business Intelligence tools, including Microsoft Power BI, and strong knowledge of DAX for writing complex and optimized query calculations.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced knowledge in Excel, and mastery of advanced analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Cloud Platform: Familiarity with cloud platform technology such as Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.
