Job Summary

HANAMI is seeking a skilled Senior Inventory Logistics Coordinator to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. This key role involves developing and implementing plans to prioritize tasks, organizing work to achieve goals, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in inventory management, staff supervision, and training. They will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing reports, and resolving work-related issues. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to recruit, hire, and train staff as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize work to achieve goals
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including managing inventory and arranging for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory management and other key metrics
  • Resolve work-related issues and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in inventory management and staff supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and organize work
  • Experience in inventory management software and tools
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Working Conditions

The Senior Inventory Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with regular deadlines and priorities. They will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. HANAMI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
