We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Caregiver to join our team at Chartwell Cité-Jardin 3B 5 residence for seniors. As a Medical Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities: Serve meal trays, feed patients, bathe, dress, and groom residents as needed.
  • Maintain a safe environment: Administer first aid in emergency situations, answer call signals to determine residents' needs, and maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Support residents' independence: Assist with mobility, provide emotional support, and promote a sense of well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team: Work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Moving Patients Safety Principles (MPSP) training, CPR Certificate, and a criminal record check.
