Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas+. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system and maintaining accurate records of our stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve inventory-related issues, such as stock discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
