Job Overview

The Sales and Solutions Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, ensuring seamless client interactions, and developing customized solutions to meet customer requirements. This position involves coordinating sales processes, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate sales processes, including entering, processing, and monitoring customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Identify and source products outside of Kaizen Lab Inc.'s standard offering to meet customer needs.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service as the primary point of contact for order updates, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to process orders efficiently and provide necessary documentation.
- Communicate with external suppliers to source products and obtain pricing information.
- Analyze order entry and tracking procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ERP system.

Requirements

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar order management systems.
- 2+ years of experience in order processing, sales coordination, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
