We are seeking a reliable and physically demanding Construction Assistant to join our team at Peg Pro Painting Inc.

**Job Summary**

  • This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites.

**Work Environment**

  • Our team works outdoors, often at heights, underground, or in confined spaces.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1-6 months of experience in the building painting industry.

**Physical Capabilities**

  • Physically demanding work requiring manual dexterity and handling heavy loads.

**Weight Handling**

  • Ability to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).

**Personal Suitability**

  • Dependable and reliable individual with strong teamwork skills.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

**Language and Hours**

  • English language proficiency required.
  • 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
