Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Indigenous students. As an Indigenous Support Liaison, you will play a vital role in promoting academic success, social-emotional well-being, and cultural connection.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indigenous students, families, and community members.
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers to design and deliver culturally responsive instruction.
  3. Provide targeted support to Indigenous students in need, including academic and personal guidance.
  4. Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and other professional development opportunities.
  5. Contribute to the development of School District No. 63 (Saanich) strategic plans and initiatives.
