About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Hines. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist new residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience
- Coordinate and implement various resident services and programs, including luggage support and package delivery
- Monitor guest traffic and parking garage, ensuring a safe and secure environment
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls and updating logs
- Book freight elevators and maintain equipment inventory
- Stay up-to-date on local amenities and services, providing recommendations to residents
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Two or more years' experience in a customer service environment
- Residential Concierge/Reception experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
