As Head of Data, you will be responsible for building and leading our data team, designing and implementing data infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the development of our platform.

Responsibilities:

* Build and lead a high-performing data team
* Design and implement data infrastructure from events to the warehouse to BI
* Collaborate with Product to shape the development of the platform
* Work closely with Marketing to bring awareness of data enablement to the broader data community
* Write content about data alongside our marketing team

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or data engineering
* Experience building and leading data teams
* Expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization
* Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
