Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Analytics function, specifically to support fraud and financial crime initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to explain complex data analysis to drive insights that drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the Analytics team
  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning initiatives to support fraud and financial crime prevention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new analytical trends and implement systems to extract valuable insights from various forms of data
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of high-quality data analysis and reporting capabilities
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • An undergraduate degree or technical certificate in a relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience in relevant fields, including significant experience in advanced machine learning initiatives
  • At least 3 years of management experience supporting advanced machine learning initiatives
  • Advanced coding skills, particularly in Python and Pyspark
