Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to identify and propose technology-based solutions that drive business value.
- Collaborate with customers across the organization to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and impact, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery and project success, applying project management skills to engage with and manage expectations of all project customers.
- Drive the optimization of business processes through the innovative application of Salesforce technologies, leveraging your expertise to deliver business outcomes.
- Act as a Salesforce Admin, customizing and managing the platform to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
- Must have a demonstrable experience in a business analyst role preferably within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain with 6+ years, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Project Scope Management and Project Customer Management is highly desirable, with a proven ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Admin capabilities is a significant advantage, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels and manage complex projects.
- Salesforce Admin Certification is required, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our Client's office in Toronto/Kitchener, ON.
