Key Responsibilities:
* Manage flight department operations in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation Regulations
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient flight operations
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
* 3 years experience with a private operator or a commercial air operator
* Holding a Transport Canada ATPL would be an advantage
* Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
