Vaughan, Ontario, Canada Public Disposal and Recycling Inc. Full time

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Public Disposal and Recycling Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Keep accurate records of items received and delivered
  • Follow directions and read maps to ensure efficient delivery routes
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
