Your Opportunity

We are looking for an Architectural Technologist who will work closely with the Project Lead or Project Architect, assisting on a wide range of projects with varying levels of complexity and scale and broad integrated design teams working through all project phases from pre-design through post-construction services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting basic interpretations of sketches, drawings, codes, building program and other similar material for application and/or implementation into design, detailing, and documentation.

  • Investigate/verify existing conditions including documentation, measurement, and condition.
  • Participate in client meetings and stakeholder engagement workshops.
  • Coordinate project deliverables.
  • Assist with BIM model set up, production, and utilization of BIM technologies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

  • Ability to engage and work within a creative and critical integrated design practice.
  • Interest in holistic design, systems thinking, construction, materials, sustainability, and technical design detailing.
