Restaurant Operations Manager

Sunset Grill All Day Breakfast Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy breakfast restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen and front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring we stay within our financial targets.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate our daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Work with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices to ensure they align with our restaurant budget.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure our team members are meeting their targets and provide feedback for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring we provide excellent customer service.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working with our sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong budgeting and cost control skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
