Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Sankalp Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Monitor and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
