About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead our Integrated Pursuits team in pursuing major construction projects across Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing design resources, directing major decisions with consulting firms, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage design resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective project designs
  • Direct major decisions with consulting firms to optimize project outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop competitive submissions and optimize project pricing
  • Manage pursuit schedules and meet deadlines to ensure timely project delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum five (5) years of engineering experience in the Electrical Construction industry
  • Professional Engineer licensed in Ontario or BC, or Ingénieur licensed in Québec, considered an asset
  • Experience in Design Build/P3 Healthcare projects specific to distribution, fire alarm, and lighting is required
