Job Description

The LPN will be responsible for:

  • Providing a comprehensive assessment of clients and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Administering medications according to organizational policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the nursing team and physician to provide patient care
  • Supporting clients in recovery through various strategies, including education, counseling, and advocacy
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in good standing
  • Trauma-informed training or experience an asset
  • Knowledge of mental health and addictions, as well as the 12-step program
  • A passion for improving client outcomes through evidence-based practice
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
