Concierge Ambassador

Role Summary

The Concierge Ambassador will provide exceptional guest experiences at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our discerning guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering personalized service and creating memorable stays.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer personalized recommendations and services to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay
• Assist with mail, messages, and plans, as well as hotel facilities and local activities
• Draft detailed documents and reports related to guest information
• Promote and sell hotel services and concessions, as well as services offered by suppliers
• Coordinate dining reservations and special occasions, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional service to VIP guests, including pre-arrival communication and follow-up throughout their stay
• Act as a liaison and resource for other departments and employees, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, with a focus on luxury and high-end service
• Excellent knowledge of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, the town of Jasper, and local attractions
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications, with experience in Property Manager and Open Table an asset
• Pro Serve certification and valid Alberta driver's license an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team, with minimum supervision
