Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to join our team at Carolyn Holloway. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
