Job Title: President and Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled President and Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Beijing Shokai Canada Limited.

About the Role

The President and Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
  • Conduct performance reviews and study market research to determine consumer demand
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in management, preferably in residential real estate
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions
