Job Summary

We are seeking an Innovation Pilot Leader F/H to join our team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth through the development and implementation of new ideas and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently with limited direction to drive innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with project leads, engineering leads, technicians, and outside vendors to develop and implement new ideas and solutions.
  • Attend project team/build meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Adjust your schedule based on project needs to ensure timely delivery.
  • Keep detailed records of project time and progress, including tracking project time and times.
  • Previous trainer experience or shift lead in production is highly desirable.
Requirements
  • Experience using computers and the Windows operating system.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable.
