- Mining optimization analysis.
- Produce open pit mine designs.
- Open pit mine scheduling.
- Haulage simulation.
- Drill and blast design experience.
- Technical report writing.
- Project management assignments.
- Proposal preparation and business development initiatives.
- Peer review and technical guidance.
- Project schedules and software implementation.
- Staff mentoring and training.
- Recognized Mining Engineering Degree.
- Accreditation as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) registered in Canada.
- Extended active experience using Deswik, Vulcan, and Datamine software.
- 10+ years of mining-based experience.
- 5 years operational mining experience.
- Competent use of mine planning software.
- Geotechnical software and U/G and Surface numerical modelling.
- Working rights in Canada.
- Ability to lead a Technical Team.
- Business development activities.
- Experience as a QP under NI43-101.
- Managing Entry-Level Engineers.
- Rotational work on mining sites.
